We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2024, at the age of 72, Celeste Kirkland Eason (Baton Rouge, Louisiana), born in Quitman, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Albert Kirkland and Pauline Elizabeth Garrison Kirkland of Arkadelphia, AR.. She is survived by: her husband James Claud Eason; her children, Courtney Eason Newbill (Todd Newbill) and Kyle Coleman Eason (Kelly Smith Eason); her grandchildren, Hollis Ann Newbill, Eason Elizabeth Newbill, Coleman James Eason and Sister Rebecca Kirkland Whitehead of Fordyce, AR; her sister Cecilia Kirkland Kadane of St Louis, MO; and her nieces and nephews, Aaron, Jamie, Wesley, Drew, Katelyn and Zach.
