He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. Harrington Sr. and Pearl Foster Harrington. He is survived by: his wife Peggy E. Harrington; his children, Christie Wilkinson, Todd Harrington (Nell), Mike Harrington and Tiffany James (Keith); and his brother Douglas Harrington (Donna). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
