He is survived by: his children, Anistasia Grace Wade and Sebastian Paul Wade; his siblings, Cleve "Skillet" Pitre, Jr., Brooke "Lucky" Pitre (April Moss) and Amy Pitre Vasquez (Masimo); and his girlfriend Felicia Hargrove.
