With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Ellen Hoover Hatfield of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, born in Hollywood, California, who passed away on December 24, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Lavergne and Pansy Irene Hoover; her grandparents, Doc Lee Rainey, Ella Smith, Edwin Brice Hoover and Lillie Mae Hatley; and her brothers, Edwin Lee Hoover and Bryant Lavergne Whitehead.
She is survived by: her former husband Kent Stephen Hatfield; her daughters, Leann Rainey Westman (Ross) and Andrea Dawn Davitt (John); her grandchildren, Jake Hawkins, Hannah Hawkins, Carter Hatfield, Caitlin Davitt, Cullen Davitt, Ceegan Davitt and Rozalyn Irene Gail Westman; her siblings, Richard Brice Hoover and Patricia Wood (George "Woody"); and her nieces, Lee and Melissa. She is also survived by numerous friends, honorary children and grandchildren.
