He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Rankins and Ethel Spears Rankins. He is survived by: his wife Helen Loretta Turner-Rankins; and his siblings, Charles Rankins and Doris Rankins Moore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
