She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic Cangemi and Belva Broussard Cangemi; and her son Anthony Moore. She is survived by: her husband Grady Moore; her children, Theresa Moore Lockwood and Scott Moore (Jill Moore); her grandchildren, Chelsea Lockwood, Lauren Moore and Julie Moore; her sister Carol Leblanc; and her niece Stephanie Turman.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Foster Road Baptist Church (763 North Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70802). A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

The family kindly requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Foster Road Baptist Church or Hospice of Baton Rouge.
