She is survived by: her children, LaShan Polk, Carolinda Polk, Isreal Thompson and Israel Thompson (Jodie); her siblings, Alvin Bailey Sr. (Linda), Rita B. Johnson, Hollis Bailey Sr. (Gale) and Carol Stovall (Jerry); and her friends, Juliette Jefferson and Doreatha Brown. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
