With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alvin C. Jervey Jr. (Baton Rouge, Louisiana), born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on July 6, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his spouse Bobbie Jean Quattlebaum Jervey; his son Timothy; his parents, Gertrude Agnes Bean and Alvin C. Jervey, Sr.; and his brothers, Carl and Donald Jervey.

He is survived by: his children, Patricia Anne Hough (John), Kenneth Alan Jervey and Ronald David Jervey; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Hough, Erin Greenwald, Nicholas Jervey and Amanda Wycuff. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
