She was predeceased by: her husband Leo J Heuvel; her parents, Alphonso E. LeBlanc Jr. and Alice Becnel LeBlanc; her brothers, David, Eugene and Donald LeBlanc; and her siblings-in-law, Rachael LeBlanc, Delores LeBlanc and John Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, David Heuvel (Ginger) of Watson, LA. and Gretchen Macaluso (Wayne) of Baton Rouge, LA.; her grandchildren, Aaron Heuvel (Julie), Zachary Heuvel (Cassidy), Emily M. Moskau (Andrew) and Daniel Macaluso; her great grandchildren, Abe Heuvel, Ruth Moskau and Lucy Moskau; and her siblings, Michael LeBlanc (Gwen) of Prairieville and Susan Thomas of Metairie.
