He is survived by: his wife Sherry Avitabile; his father Rudy Avitable; his daughter Alicia Avitabile; his stepdaughter Amanda Floyd; his son Adam Avitabile; his stepson Scott Floyd (Karla); and his brothers, Steve Avitabile (Cecilia) and Richard Avitabile. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
