She was predeceased by: her daughter Tammy Angeline Bray Knight; her son-in-law Larry Verlis Knight; her siblings, Linda Ladelle Wheless and John Leslie Henry; her former husband Paul E. Bray Sr.; and her father John Pickens Henry.
She is survived by: her parent Gurtha Lee Henry (Erwin) of Hermitage; her husband Oscar Wayne Brooks of Bastrop, Louisiana; her children, Paul E. Bray Jr. (Tammy) of Rison, Arkansas and Loretta Williams of Bastrop, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Johnny Paul Knight (Candi Calvert Knight) of Monticello, Samantha A. McNeely of Bastrop, Tonya McCoy of Rison, Paul E. Bray III (Melody) of Rison, Shada M. Hamilton and Chad of Calico Rock, Arkansas; and her great grandchildren, Landree Rowen McNeely of Bastrop, Declan Claire, Carsyn Calvert, Harrison Carter Knight of Monticello, Paul Earnest, Wesley William Bray of Rison and Shyla Grace of Calico Rock. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
