He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Johnson and Winona Gregory Johnson Potts; his stepfather Vernon Potts; his sister Dena Johnson Plumley; his son Orlan Eugene Johnson; his grandson Tyler Madison; and his great grandchildren, Hunter Johnson and Hannah Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Loisann Mardis Johnson; his children, Warren Johnson (Sandy), Mark Johnson (Yvonne), John "Jay" Johnson (Gina), Shelley Pope (Ty) and Stephen Johnson (Elisa); his grandchildren, Blake Johnson (Jenna), Kayla Johnson, Abbey Rinna (Kyle), Logan Johnson (Jadyn), Dakotah Madison, Wyatt Johnson, Rainey Johnson, Austin Johnson and Madison Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Brody, Beau, Bryar and Hadleigh.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the Cox Funeral Homes - Bastrop Chapel (611 N Washington St, Bastrop, LA 71220). A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Christ Church Cemetery.
