He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fort Doles and Beatrice Lewis Doles. He is survived by: his wife Denise; his children, Garrett Doles (Alyson) and Hannah Hammons (Chase); his grandchildren, Zachary, Elizabeth, Abigail Doles, Huck and Sully Hammons; and his siblings, Mike, Nancy Doles, Don, Barbara Doles, Debbie and Ronald Boone. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Golden Funeral Home (2016 E Madison Ave, Bastrop, LA 71220). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Bonita Road Baptist Church (7204 Pine Grove Loop Rd, Bastrop, LA 71220).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
