It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hunter Talley III of Bastrop, Louisiana, born in Greenwood, Mississippi, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Hunter Talley, Jr. and Esther Hopson Talley; and his brother William "Bill" Watson, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Holly Kristine Talley and Julianne R. Medina Diaz; his wife Zela Barthol Talley; his stepchildren, Travis Steven Eppinette (Cynthia) and Secret Lee West; his sisters, Lucy Talley Stevens and Sue T. Hellums; his grandchildren, Adrien L. Medina (Leah), Miguel R. Medina and Jadanne R. Diaz; his stepgrandchildren, Destiny Hickman and Sela Mayberry; his great grandchild Ava Jewel Medina; and his nieces and nephews, Bill Watson, Eric Stevens, James K. Hellums, Joel Stevens, Jason Watson, Lisa Stevens Woody and Amber Fresen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends.
