He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosco Montgomery and Elsie Montgomery; and his sisters, Ida Gentry and Martha Pennington. He is survived by: his significant other Linda Hill; his daughters, Christy Donisi, Tricia Hamel and Dana Hubbard (Michael); his grandchildren, Elizabeth (Earl), Alyssa (Michael), Christopher, Anthony, Brandi (Mario) and Joshua (Kat); and his brothers, Gene Montgomery and Terry Montgomery (Terri Lynn). He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Golden Funeral Home (2016 E Madison Ave, Bastrop, LA 71220). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
