He is survived by: his wife Donna Yeldell Tolar; his son Todd Tolar; and his siblings, Mary Nell Buxton (John T.), Jimmy Tolar (Helen), Freddy Tolar (Becky) and Rickie Tolar (Rhonda). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
