He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Ogelsby Daniels and Betsy Riggs Daniels; and his sister Mae Barnes. He is survived by: his wife Rita Gewin Daniels; his son Colby Daniels (Sherree); and his grandchildren, Chris Porter, Drake Daniels, Fisher Daniels, Kennedy Daniels and Archer Daniels. He is also survived by friends and his hunting family.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cox Funeral Homes - Bastrop Chapel (611 N Washington St, Bastrop, LA 71220).
