She was predeceased by: her parents, Ludovicus Torres and Rosinda "Rosie" Cruz Porter; her stepfather Joe Porter; her brother Joe Porter, Jr.; her sons-in-law, Lee Finch, James Scarborough and Ray Smith, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Anna Marie Scarborough, Shane, Rhoda Lynn Scarborough and Erica Nicole Hale.

She is survived by: her children, Frances Jeanette Andrepont, Edna Marie Scarborough, Mary Rose Smith, John David Kennedy, William Louis Kennedy and Michael Anthony Kennedy. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
