It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Ann Cowart of Baskin, Louisiana, who passed away on May 9, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Jones and Lottie Ruth Gray Jones; her brother Charles W. Jones; and her sister-in-law Glinda Jones. She is survived by: her husband Nolan Cowart of Baskin; her son Wade Cowart of Madison, MS; her brother Floyd Jones, Jr. of Baskin; and her niece Robin Jones Chapman of Waverly. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
