He is survived by: his wife Karen A. Vines of Baskin, LA; his stepchildren, Rachel Collins of Natchez, MS and Eric Collins (Andrea) of Eldorado, AR; his grandchildren, Gage Collins, Halie Collins, Richard Felter and Jacqueline Felter; his parents, Jimmy Vines and Jean Lee Vines of Crowville, LA; his sister Samantha Jean Vines of Archibald, LA; his nephew Logan Scott McCain; his niece Lainee Grace McCain; and his great-nephew Kaiser Scott McCain.
