She was predeceased by: her siblings, Modine Maxwell and Melton Howard Riser, Jr. (Etta). She is survived by: her children, Loretta Petty, Anthony Brady (Kelly) and Melton Brady; her grandchildren, Mindy Ivey (Michael), Tara Brady, Travis Brady, Chance Petty and Allison Evans; her great grandchild Eli Ivey; and her siblings, Cat Strickland, Beth Riser and Willis "Dub" Riser (Anita).

Donations may be made to the Gideons or Friendship Baptist Church Building Fund.
