He is survived by: his wife Theresa Mullican; his sons, Wade Mullican, Mitchell Mullican (Lizzie) and Nick Mullican (Lindsey); his mother Lucy Mullican; and his siblings, Roger Mullican (Becky), David Mullican (Denise) and Dianne Carter (Corey). He is also survived by six grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, a host of other relatives and friends.
