He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Benjamin Deason, Sr. and Azalee Breaux Deason; and his brother Woodrow Deason II. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Fontenot Deason; his children, Kenny Fontenot (Stacie), Derrick Deason (Cissy), Ashley Deason (Caleb Delafosse) and Michelle Deason; his siblings, Leon Deason and Lillian Sonnier; and his grandchildren, Devin, Trevor, Allayshia, Chase, Alijah, Tryston and Aiden.
