She was predeceased by: her husband John V. "Tiny" Johnson; her parents, Red LaFleur and Camile Fontenot LaFleur; and her siblings, Dorothy Sanders, Eula Mae LaFleur and Paul LaFleur, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Samual Johnson (Louise) of Eunice, Owen Johnson (Shirley) of Elton, Mickey Johnson (Sharon) of Basile and Kim Veronie (Michael) of Tepetate; her siblings, Earl LaFleur of Breaux Bridge and Rosalee Savant (Disca) of Kinder; and her grandchildren, Linda Reed (Mike), Sarah Johnson, Teri Johnson, Lindslee Goleman (Ryan), Emmye Johnson, Lance Johnson (Sarah), Matthew Johnson (Addie), Morgan Johnson (Ashlee), John Ross Johnson, Hanna Johnson, Sean Veronie (Lauren) and Erin Veronie. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren; as well as extended family and friends.
