Kay is survived by: husband Larry Guidry of Basile; children, Eric Guidry (Michelle) of Basile and Debbie Guidry of Eunice; siblings, Margie Williams of Houma, Lurlene Fontenot of Lake Charles, Horace McCauley of Toledo Bend and Virginia Johnson; and granddaughter Julianne Guidry. Kay is also survived by 6 Grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
