He is survived by: his children, Jerry Frazier, Jr. (Heidi) and Jessica Fontenot (Stafford); his sister Marsha Ayo; his grandchildren, Tyler Newman, Landon Fontenot, Hunter Fontenot, Joseph Fontenot, Alex Frazier, Elaine Frazier and Parker Frazier; and his great grandchild Easton Fontenot.
