He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennett Miller, Sr. and Rosa Belle Kibodeaux Miller; his brother Buford J. Miller; and his siblings-in-law, Jeanette Miller and Bob Guillory.
He is survived by: his close friend Jane Villars; his sons, Benny Miller (Erin Peterson), Elroy J. Miller (Krista) and Derrick Miller (Tara); his siblings, Bailey J. Miller, Patrick Shelby Miller (Doris), Emma Guillory and Myrtle Jean Miller; and his sister-in-law Linda Miller. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
