She was predeceased by: her husband Calvin J. Guidry, Sr.; her parents, Charles Lepine and Josephine Lepine; and her brothers, Charles Lepine Jr., Alfred "Lop" Lepine, Leroy Lepine and Ray "Joe Boy" Lepine.

She is survived by: her children, Calvin "C. J." Guidry Jr. (Denise), Pam Steib (Donnie), Angie Moorman (Eddie) and Christy Cancienne (Tim); and her sister Linda Taravella (Raymond). She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
