He was predeceased by: his parents, Octavia Thomassie and Verna Thomassie; his brother Roland "Skeeter" Thomassie (late Sue Thomassie); and his wife Carrie Ann Thomassie. He is survived by: his sibling Sherriel "Pookie" Thomassie (Elaine Thomassie); his daughters, Christy T. Parria (Louis Parria, Jr.), Rhonda Thomassie (Christinna Gongora) and Edna T. Rojas (Kerry Rogas, Jr.); and his grandchildren, Louis Parria, III, Ronald Parria, Misty P. Judice, Britany Rojas, Kerry Rojas, III, Destany Parria and Cain Rojas. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
