She was predeceased by: her father John D. Rush; her great-nephew Colby Knapp; and also Hannah Beth Nugent. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Rush; and her siblings, Barbara Wade, Sue Price, RayLynn Rush, Wayne Hines, Floyd Hines and Terry Hines. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
