He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Hollingsworth and Nettie Malone Hollingsworth; and his siblings, Gary Hollingsworth and Pinkie Gurganious. He is survived by: his wife Betty Randall Hollingsworth; his children, Douglas Hollingsworth (Lisa), Karen Hollingsworth and Helen Chandler (Alan); his sister Yvonne Pirtle; his grandson Jonathan Chandler; and his niece Dana Randall.
