It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas W. Lewis (Ball, Louisiana), who passed away on February 13, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Lewis and Allie Guinn Lewis; and his sisters, Ethel Mae Whitley, Edwina Corley and Ann Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Erickson Lewis; his daughters, Melinda Lewis and Melissa Norris (Paul); his siblings, Jimmy D. Lewis (Liz), Barbara Preuett and Betty Tidwell; his grandchildren, Jessica Myers, Paul Lewis and Allison Lofton; and his great grandchildren, David, Thomas, Terran and Ariss.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gallagher Funeral Home (3994 Monroe Hwy, Ball, LA 71405). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
