He is survived by: his sons, John Long of Shreveport and Matthew Hart of Tioga; his mother Dorothy Chavers of Ball; and his sisters, Candace Naylor of Oklahoma City and Patricia Bridges of Toledo Bend. He is also survived by one grandson; and two granddaughters.
