He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah Butler; his parents, Charlie Butler and Alma Butler; and his siblings, Evon Tyson, Roxie Parker, Hurley Butler, Boyce Butler, Gerald Butler and Lamar Butler.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Moist (George), Lisa Hollen (Mark) and Janet Raines (James); his grandchildren, Chelsea Brown, Shelby Pfeifer, Emily Gentry, Matthew Hollen, Kirsten Raines and Kylie Garris; and his close friend Billy Reed. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
