He is survived by: his wife Karen Kastanek Allen; his children, Cody Allen (Kacy) and Bailey Herring (Matt); his sister Angie Davis (Darren); his grandchildren, Bella, Riley and Maddie Jo; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Brister, Christopher Barr, Dustin Brister, Amber Barr and Peyton Foster. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
