He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Sr. and Maxine Mosley, Sr.; his former wife Lorie "Jean" Hardee (Patricia); his son Preston Heath Mosley; his stepson Joe Ed Hastings; his brother Horace E. Mosley, Jr.; and also, Pattie and Masters.
He is survived by: his daughter Melissa "Missy" Mosley Pistoljevic (Eldin); his grandchildren, Landon Preston Pistoljevic and Carson Heath Pistoljevic; his stepdaughter Heather "Nickie" Strother; his stepgrandchildren, Brittany Ann Strother and Blake Strother; and his nephew Brian Mosley.
