She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest H. Rambo; her parents, Willie Kelly and Jessie Kelly; and her sister Azelle Kelly Starks. She is survived by: her children, Doris R. Price Slay (Clois), Phyllis Rambo Gordon and Chares Ransom Rambo. She is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; four great-great- grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to the donor's charity of choice.
