He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Edwards Malone; his parents, Otho Malone and Eunice Opal Gurganious Malone; and his brothers, Larry Malone and Jerry Malone.

He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Crane (David); his grandchildren, Callum Crane and Willow Crane; his brother Donald Malone; and his uncle Marvin Malone (Ethel). He is also survived by grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
