He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Scroggs and Bertha Scroggs; and his siblings, Frank, Daniel Scroggs, Sr. and Gladys White.
He is survived by: his pet Boss; his children, Marc Scroggs, Jr. and Chanda Brossett (Danny); his grandchildren, Dalton Scroggs, Allison Brossett, Madeline Scroggs and Dan Brossett III; his great grandchild Collin Scroggs; and his brother Jack F. Scroggs (Lisa).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Gallagher Funeral Home (3994 Monroe Hwy, Ball, LA 71405). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of Flowers donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Cabrini Hospital.
