She is survived by: her husband Ted McCullough; her daughters, Judy Dyess (Johnny), Brenda Alwell (Gregory) and Ann Hartman; and her siblings, Jerry Smith and Edwina Roberts (David). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, several great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
