He is survived by: his children, Tommy Deville (Cynthia), Katheryn Deville Vaughn and Mary Jo McLeod; his stepchildren, David Lincecum (Laura), Judy Hodges (Johnny), Debra Cobb (Charlie) and Chiquita Caldwell (Kenny); his grandchildren, Tia Kay Hodges, Maggie Molan, Wanda Johnson, Tonia Rushing, Lisa Hibley and Michael Rayborn; and his sisters, Jewell Deville Chevallier and Ann Deville Johnson. He is also survived by 14 step grandchildren; 42 great grandchildren; 13 great-great grandchildren.
