He is survived by: his parents, Marcus Marion Carter (Amber) and Amber Elam; his daughter Joyce Lynn Carter; his grandmother Joyce Beebe Carter; his siblings, Brandon Allen Carter (Sandy) and Merissa Jade Carter (Cameron); his close friend Janae Bass; his stepsiblings, Beau Robertson, Lance Robertson and Emily Strange; and his aunts and uncles, Sissy, Tiger Harrison, Buddy, Donna Carter, Greg and Barbara Carter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gallagher Funeral Home (3994 Monroe Hwy, Ball, LA 71405). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
