It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Lloyd Russell (Ball, Louisiana), who passed away on March 17, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian Russell; his siblings, Timothy Russell and Laura Ann Russell; and his cousin Charles Slay. He is survived by: his cousin Patricia Looney (Jason); his aunt Jane Slay; his uncle Charles Slay, Sr.; and his nieces and nephews, Lillian Looney, James Looney, Scotty Looney and Destiny Wells.
