He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. McCarley and Marybelle McCarley; his brother Don McCarley; his sister-in-law Ruthie McCarley; and his children, Jennifer Blalock Coker and Boo Boo Blalock.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ducote McCarley; his children, Kimberly McCarley Payne and Joe McCarley (Wayne); his brother Chuck McCarley (Diana); his grandchildren, Alissa Coker, Chuck Payne (Tabbi), Jerry Payne (Hannah) and Austin Coker; and his great grandchildren, Evie, Jacob, Billie Ruth and Rowdy Payne. He is also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
