He is survived by: his wife Denise Fain; his children, John R. Fain, Jeffrey M. Fain Sr. and Katelyn Skinner (Timothy Skinner); and his sisters, Nikki Gibson, Brenda Tyler, Melanie Fairchild and Marsha Robertson. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
