He was predeceased by: his brother Donald Fountain. He is survived by: his wife Susan Smoot Fountain; his children, Ashley Edwards (Brandon), James Fountain (Erin) and Courtney Fountain; his grandchildren, Annalise Edwards, William Edwards, Piper Smith, Charles Fountain, Jackson Fountain and Sadie Green; his sister Deborah Schoonover; and his sisters-in-law, Sharlea Smoot Smith (Jerry), Malissa Smoot (John) and Rebecca Smoot. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
