He is survived by: his wife Lisa Lowery of Ball; his children, Jessica Cooper (Casey) of Alexandria, Ashley White of Forest Hill, Clinton Lowery and Cameron Lowery (Leticia) of Jacksonville; his grandsons, Brady Cooper and Charles Cooper; his siblings, Maurice "Skipper" Lowery (Kay), James Todd Lowery of Ball, Dewana "Sissy" Meyer of Saline and Sheila Nugent (Roger) of Ball; and his nieces and nephews, Kimberly Wagner (Chuck), Karen Lowery, Ricky Meyer (Lisa), Jacob Lowery and Cody Oertling.
