He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Tarter and Helen Tarter; and his sister Dorothy Tarter West. He is survived by: his wife LaVerne Futrell Tarter; his son Larry W. Tarter; and his granddaughters, Dawn and Shawna Borgman (Phil). He is also survived by his 3 great grandchildren; his other family and friends.
