She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Victor Mims, Sr.; her parents, Lester Morrow and Alene Morrow; and her brother-in-law Lloyd Bland. She is survived by: her children, Beverly Coutee (Tommy) of Pineville and Mel Roper (Judy) of Ball; her stepson Victor Mims, Jr.; her sister Mary Sue Bland of Texarkana, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Timothy Roper (Mindy), David Roper (Paula) and Dain Coutee; and her great grandchildren, Joseph Coutee, Nathan Roper, David Roper, Jr., Matthew Roper, Abigail Roper and Darnell Thomas. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
