He is survived by: his wife Delsie Franks Paul of Shreveport; his children, Tim Paul (Nikki), Shera Thompson (John), Terry and Tony Paul; and his siblings, Sally, Carolyn, Mike and Becky. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
